Our tour guide Caroline was excellent and we had a great day. Driver was very safe (which is rare in Shanghai, not sure about Xi’An)!
We will leave a positive review on Trip Advisor.

I would like say our much we enjoyed our 2 days touring with Elaine. She was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and made all the history interesting to listen to and we all learnt a lot. She went out of her way to ensure we had a great time.
The driver was also very good dropping and picking us up at the entrances and exits.
We would highly recommend Elaine to anyone wanting a tour guide in Xian.

Thanks to my tour guide Spring Wong I was able to see the best of Xi’an in 7 hours. I was only in Xi’an for a day, arriving by overnight train at 8:41 and leaving at 18:00. Spring met me at the train station, asked me what my interests were and created a tour tailored for me that included climbing the City Wall, visiting the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and of course seeing the Terracotta Warriors. We also made stops for an authentic Chinese lunch and later drinks. Spring was very helpful taking photos of me at each place and new the best spots for taking photos. She was fun. At the end of the day she took me back to the station and made sure I found my train and that all was good.

We just wanted to let you know that we were VERY pleased with Caroline our tour guide in Xian. She was extremely informative, kind and friendly and her English was very good – everything one would want in a tour guide! We have had several guides in China over the years and she has been the best one that we have ever had.
Thank you so much,

Dear Olivia,Thank you for arranging the tour for us. We all had a fantastic time in Xian.
The tour was excellent. Abby is super pleasant & helpful & knowledgeable. If we have friends going to Xian again,
I would definitely suggest them to ask for Abby as their tour guide.
Especially, the restaurant that Abby took us for lunch was an excellent one. That was probably the best vegetarian meal that we had.
The driver was also very pleasant.
Thanks again, and we really appreciate your arrangement.

Hi Olivia – everything went really well yesterday. Lily was great and we had a wonderful time.

Comfortable, safe and friendly… What exactly we need!I made all the organization through e-mail with Olivia, the owner of the organization. She was helpful all through the process. At the airport Cheng as Kelly (English name), was waiting me and my husband. Then we met our driver, Dink (sorry for spellings). The van is very comfortable and our driver was a good one. Even the traffic was heavy and sometimes disturbing; he was always calm and professional. Kelly was a very kind woman. It was very nice to talk with her. She gave us many information on the Museum and Xian itself. They arranged the tour as exactly we want. We felt comfortable and safe. Thank to all of them. And wish happy years of marriage to Kelly, next month’s bride!

As per your request of March 14, 2014 we are glad to inform you about our one day tour with HELEN. In the meantime we are back and dreaming a lot about this day.
Helen is a wonderful person, speaks really good English and has a great sense for humor. We like her very much. The driver was very good, nice and helpful.
The tour in itself was really informativ and Helen gave us to the most of our question an answer. Of course we liked the terracotta army the most, but the visit of the city wall as well as the wild goose pagoda was worth to see it.
For sure we would recommend this tour and it was good not to see too much. This will leave enough room to explore the city by yourself.
And finnaly we would like to point out, that we like the innercity of Xian very much. We have spent almost 3 hours on the clock tower and the bell tower and we walked for more than 2 hours through the Muslim Quarter, also so far into that Quarter that no other western person was seen (that part with the fruits and vegetable). It will be not the last time that we have been in Xian!!!
Thank you very much for that nice day.

We had a great day on your ONE day tour and Helen our guide was great fun to be with . Her English was very good.
NOT just her knowledge of Xian and the Terracotta Warrior visit but her personal passion for the whole place.
Helen gave us some time to take our own time walking round the Terracotta site and kept our tour very flexible on the way we want to have our experience .The Tour included taking us to LUNCH at a beautiful SPAR hotel just down the road and later a FREE choice of how we spent the afternoon of our tour .
We chose the CITY wall next and we strongly recommend taking the 14 km BIKE ride round the top of the CITY wall .
It´s totally safe with NO cars and hardly anyone around . It´s gets a little bumpy at time but was well worth it .
14 km on a bike is much easier than running it .Finally we visited the centre of town and a short walk around the MOSQUE , DRUM & BELL TOWER and a little stroll thru the Market to compete the day .
We STRONGLY recommend anyone taking one of your tours and ONE DAY hope to come back to XIAN .
THANK YOU so MUCH

Emailed Terracotta Warriors Tour company only less than 48 hours before deciding to do a warrior tour. My wife and I were in China sightseeing from the USA and decided to make a detour. They accommodated us quickly and smoothly. We flew in from Shanghai. They picked us up at the Xi’an airport, had lunch, saw the warriors, went to another burial site and returned to the airport to head on to Beijing. We landed in Xi’an at 11:10 am and was back to the airport by 6:00 pm. You could actually do the warriors only and be back to the airport by 4:00pm or less and still stop for lunch. Helen our guide was great and I strongly recommend asking for her. This company is based in Xi’an and the people really knew the history and stories behind the sights. We had a great time and thank you for accommodating us on such short notice.

The tour for four American high school students and two teachers was set up over the internet so I was skeptical about the service or committing money as a deposit. However, every detail was taken care of perfectly from being met at the Xi’an north train station by a Chinese guide whose English was excellent and knowledge of the history of the Terra Cotta warrior museum was also good. We arrived at 8:30a.m. and were driven directly to the Warrior and Horse museum – which took an hour. The VERY unfortunate part of the trip had to do with the pollution which was thick as a dense fog obliterating all views along the way. Our group wore masks. Abby, our guide, described the pollution as “mist” caused by all the construction projects. Thankfully she knew more about the museum and its history and the history of the sights.By 12:30 our small group of high school students were finished with being awed at this historical sight and were hungry. We ate at the museum site where a man was slapping around noodles outside for “show”. The noodle soup with chunks of meat was perfect and inexpensive by U.S. standards at 20 yuan for a big bowl.Next we visited the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a temple (working), a bell tower (not working) a drum tower (not working) and more shops. It was good for those who have never been to a temple site. Next time with limited time to use, we would probably skip it.Our final part of the one day was spent on Muslim Street – a truly unique eating experience. Our guide walked us up the center of the street and gave us a meeting time and place. We thoroughly enjoyed the differentness of Muslim Street. Such unique foods, breads, sweets – all for the sampling. Pomegranate juice was being squeezed; taffy like candy was being pounded by huge wooden mallets. It was a fascinating conclusion to our day. We could have spent more time here, but only had a couple of hours before being returned to the Xi’an train station in time to return to Zhengzhou.
The company and our guide delivered an excellent service all the way around. I would recommend them and would use them again myself on another trip to Xi’an.
In short, I think your company did an excellent job of getting us to and from various destinations. Abby knew plenty about the Terra Cotta Warriors and museum BUT tended to talk to the two adults and didn’t do much talking to the whole group to share the information. I would have preferred that all the information be shared with the group not just the person she was walking with at any given time.
Also too bad that while pointing out where the actual Tomb was that we didn’t drive by it. We couldn’t see if from the path the van took because of the thick pollution. I think it was an important oversight not to show us that.
Muslim Street was great – as I noted above. Next time I’ll have to plan for an additional day as many suggested!

I was very happy with all the arrangements, communication, the trip itself… I do not have any suggestions, it was perfect the way it was! Abby is a very nice, open-minded and humorous person, who really seems to love the job she is doing.
I had a great time in Xi’an. Thank you very much, and until someday again maybe!

Thank you so much for this tour. Kelly did a wonderful job shepherding us around today, answering all our questions and sharing some of the rich culture and history of the area. The warriors were amazing, and we were honored to meet the farmer who discovered the warriors. We chose to look at the Xian city wall, and the Shaanxi Provincial Museum – both very interesting, and Kelly continued sharing with us her knowledge of the history of the area. I regret only that I never got the name of our driver, who was also very polite.
Thank you so much, Kelly and Mr. Driver, for showing us around this wonderful city, and thank you also, Olivia, for arranging this. I would recommend this tour to anyone travelling to Xian for the first time.

Wendy and the driver were both fantastic, and in particular I enjoyed Wendy’s company as a guide and just a great person, and would go to great lengths to work with her again if there was a chance to do so. She is fantastic!

The tour yesterday with Lily was fantastic, she is a really good guide, please tell her thanks from us.

I am writing to strongly recommend Wendy as a personal tour guide. Last December I had the pleasure of having Wendy as my personal tour guide in Xi’an for one day. For me, this was a very memorable day thanks to Wendy. She had an excellent plan for the day and executed it perfectly. Prior to the day of the tour, we were in contact by email and Wendy demonstrated responsibility and care in explaining and confirming our plans. She is knowledgeable, punctuate, energetic, caring, sincere, and has very pleasant and warm personality. Spending the day with her was almost like spending time with a long-time friend. I am looking forward to my next visit to China to have Wendy as my guide once again.
- Andy, March 2011
I had Wendy as my guide, in Xi’an for 3 days, during which I had one of the best trips ever! Wendy is just great in every way, very helpful, saved me money when I went shopping, made visiting places much more interesting, not just with her knowledge of the history of Xi’an and China but also her sense of humour. And her very warm, honest and friendly personality. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, from when she met me at the airport, to her saying good bye at the airport.
Hi Wendy, it is Ilan from Beijing. I just want to tell you again how great was the one day tour with you. I think you are not only professional but also a cute lady and I wish to come again soon.
: ) you are the greatest!
