Itinerary
Your private guide and driver will pick you at your hotel lobby to start your tour. Pay a visit to the Bund and feel the contrast of a modern Shanghai and colonial Shanghai. Then visit the famous Yuyuan Garden, one of the best known traditional Chinese gardens in China. After lunch at a local restaurant (your guide will give recommendations according to your preference and location), get an indepth history of the city at Shanghai Museum. Our last stop will be enjoying a birdview of this fast expanding metropolis at one of the highest buildings at Lujiazui. Tour ends with a private transfer back to your hotel.

French Concession – experiencing the local’s morning activities in the park, strolling around villa and mansion area
Xintiandi – renovated old Shanghai residential houses known as Shikumen, stone framed house. Now an area with very nice pubs and restaurants
Propaganda Poster Art Center – displays a lot of posters from the Cultural Revolution era reflecting the history of that period
Shanghai 1933 – a former slaughterhouse known for its unique architecture
Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum – displays the Jewish refugees’ life in Shanghai in 1930s, including one of the only two synagogues in Shanghai
Jade Buddha Temple – a Chinese Buddhist temple hosting two jade Buddha statues from Burma with other cultural relics
Longhua Temple – a temple with the longest history in Shanghai
City God Temple – a Taoist temple used to be the worship place of the god guarding the city
